-ERIC SCOFIELD | PRINCIPLE GIFT OFFICER, YOUNG LIFE
I’ve had the opportunity to serve in Young Life for over two decades across multiple roles and regions. During that time, I’ve helped launch new ministry, develop leaders, and strengthen existing areas.
My leadership focuses on building healthy, aligned teams that can sustain meaningful ministry over time. I care deeply about developing staff and volunteer leaders who are equipped to lead effectively and grow spiritually.
I’ve worked across a variety of communities—including under-resourced and diverse contexts—and have seen the importance of adaptable, relational leadership. I’m especially motivated by helping teams navigate complexity, grow in cultural awareness, and expand their reach to more kids.
At the core of my leadership is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I seek to lead with humility, clarity, and dependence on Him.
