With a deep conviction that the gifts and abilities of others will be crucial to the ultimate success of a dream, he thrives in drawing out those gifts in others. Together these attributes are primary to the culture Scott has created and built throughout his ministry.

    Every aspect of the Kingdom coming here on Earth is worthy of celebration. Celebrating also comes with leading into challenges, obstacles, and disappointment. In every circumstance, Scott has trusted the Lord and invited others to lean in, trust, and watch Jesus do what only He can!
